Fabulous department store, selling homewares, cosmetics, clothes etc there is also a lovely coffee shop, it's bright and welcoming, and just what salisbury town needs, love the fact they shut on Sunday that will give staff a rest day. Good old fashioned store with good old fashion service. I feel that a lot of the negative reviews are unjustified the store is bound to have a few teething problems it's early days. Some people like to moan for the sake of moaning.

This has to be the dirtiest store I’ve ever been to.Primark and charities shops in Salisbury are cleaner than this place.M&S is pure luxury when it comes to customer experience by offering a clean shopping environment.It’s been the second day since opening and the shelves are covered in thick dust, floors are mucky, dust from drilling holes on escalators, they clearly didn’t had a builder’s clean before “grand opening”.The ceiling is yellow and old and wiring is hanging, the entrance carpets looks like were hoovered when Debenhams was still open.

Lovely department store. A welcome addition to Salisbury. I received excellent customer service from Katie and Ollie during my visit. I look forward to trying the new restaurant the next time I am there.

Lovely store. However I went to the Jo Malone department to buy a perfume that I had previously tried elsewhere but I was not offered help. The two assistants were talking to each otherafter fussing around a couple that did not buy anything. John Lewis will get my custom!

I am quite pleased with what's been done with the old Debenham store. Although the space is now Bradbeers, the layout and interior still feel like Debenham's, which was quite a relief for a lot of people.The store is well organised, the staff are pleasant and there are a wide range of clothing lines, shoes, bags,perfumes and jewellery to choose from. There's also a Cafe on site.There is paid parking on the streets and at car parks littered across the city.

After struggling for a long time to find a good fitting bra, I decided to give Bradbeers Salisbury a try today since they have only just opened. I was served by the manager of lingerie called Chloe. She was absolutely amazing so helpful and understanding,she made me feel so comfortable and and resized me perfectly. I purchased the most beautiful bra and I feel like a new woman. I cannot recommend Chloe highly enough

I bought a perfume for my wife for her birthday and when I came to the till the lady said the perfume has no price, so then somehow she came up with the price of £85 and charged me that.After the purchase, when I looked online the price of this perfume was less than £50 everywhere including boots. This place is honestly a great example of daylight robbery

Visited on opening day today. Staff all very friendly and helpful and everything seemed really well organised. Being of an age that I remember Debenhams’ predecessor, Style & Gerrish, I was particularly pleased that they’ve kept the old cafe more or less and it’s always been. I still have treasured memories of the cream teas as a child so I enjoyed a trip down memory lane today! Looking forward to my next visit.
