You're certainly in safe hands with HD Eyes. Great customer service and the highest level of professionalism throughout. It's obvious they have a passion for their industry too. Very, very knowledgeable, and the best thing is they have a great, wide selection of quite unusual glasses, meaning you're very unlikely to bump into someone with the same pair - always a plus!

Friendly and very helpful staff, would recommend to anyone who is thinking of getting your eyes tested or need new glasses. Allowed me to take my time picking what I wanted and help me with my choice also 5* care

Been coming here for a few years on and off. I always find the staff to be friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much. I almost always have a tonne of questions and they always take the time to explain things to me. I think I started coming in 2015 roughly. I recommend HD Eyes over any high street opticians any day!

Been here a few times over the past 6 months and the eye test is much more fine tuned than any of the opticians you can go to on the High Street. And they have some better more modern equipment . And more so the gentleman that does the eye tests does not rush you in and out the door he is truly dedicated and loves his job. Well worth going there on your next eye test and see for yourself he is more detailed and wants to make sure he gets it right for you. Also, he has plenty of time to give you advice that is so helpful . Thanks H D EYES .

I had my first eye test at HD EYES today. They were very thorough more than I’ve ever had with an eye test. Throughout the eye test the examiner was constantly running me through what he was doing and the reasons for it.After my eye test I had a look a the the different frames. It was very straight forward and the lady was very happy to help choose the right pair that fits properly. Also helped me with my current pair to help fit better as they were loose.Highly recommend.

Excellent in every way... 10/10 fully recommend this opticians.i came with my 2 children and we was fitted in the same week at times convenient for after school.Lovely friendly staff who are very patient and professional.Can not fault my experience here.The optician was amazing with both of my children especially with my 4 year old boy who was very restless.Could praise all day but to sum up this was the best customer service in a long time and professional experienced staff members were very happy thank you.

Having 'suffered' in the past at the hands of a High Street optician who although operates efficiently...the experience was like a conveyor belt and I was extremely unhappy with my vision so decided to visit HD Eyes at the beginning of this year.What a difference. Excellent service...nothing is too much trouble and they treat you like a person and not a number. Dil is very thorough, knowledgeable and professional...and I can see better now than I have done for nearly 2 years. Choice of frames is really good and there are different brands to the High Street chains. I would highly recommend a visit for anyone's next sight test....can't fault them!!

We visited the store on a Saturday in early December 2015 after the local high street chain opticians advised that there would be a 5+ week wait.Whilst quite an intimate little store and small team, the service was anything but! - myself and my three boys were all booked in for eye tests which took around 2hrs to complete overall.The optician was very patient, explained all the tests and equipment used to my youngest, which really helped him settle being his first ever trip for an eye test.Over all I was very impressed with the service, the range of information provided and the relaxed & friendly atmosphere, which easily puts the larger high street chains to shame!I will certainly be taking my boys back to HD Eyes for their follow ups next year.
