Like others, item not in stock with website not updated. Asked for refund. Not processed until threat with PayPal resolve centre and credit card section 75. Refund then went through immediately!

Horrible coustumer service! Web page stock not updated. I was waiting for promised delivery over 2 weeks. After several telephone calls and talking with 4 different persons I was informed that item is out of stock! Have to cancel order! Person who I spoked with drops phone on me. No info about date of refund. No followup calls or emails.Avoid, shop some where else.Disappointing.Jack

Purchased a petrol mower at a very competetive price and was advised 4-5 days delivery in current situation. Goods arrived in 4 days . There was a minor problem which was dealt with , no fuss or bother. I found customer service excellent and very responsive. A pleasure to do business with and highly recommended.

I bought a hose and reel set from this bunch and I can share that the hosepipe isn’t the Hozelock Ultraflex that's described, the reel feels flimsy and catches the extendable handle when turned, the spray gun leaks as does the tap connector. Apart from that it’s great! Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired too.

An absolutely terrible company. Ordered a Husqvarna petrol leaf blower which wouldn't rev properly so advised and returned within 28 days and entitled to full refund or replacement without question. LMD collected and tested and advised no fault could be found so would send item back and charge me £20 for carriage. Obviously I wasn't happy with this and it had to get to argument stage/numerous phone calls before they eventually honoured the guarantee and offered me the refund I was entitled to under consumer rights,. I will never use this company again, I'll stick to Sam Turner & Sons who know what customer service is.

Avoid this company like the plague. Received a lawnmower with a damaged clippings basket. No response from them to emails or calls. you will be better off paying slightly more from a reputable company.

If you like dealing with utterly useless companies then these are the guys for you. Dubious stock levels on the website to secure your order, automatic email system which basically says go away and stop bothering us, no-one mans the delivery status phone either. The sooner clowns like this go out of business the better.

A truly excellent company that supplied a hedge trimmer to me. The item arrived very quickly indeed via a reputable courier and was very well packaged.We had a very minor issue with a Manufacturer's part and Holly in particular at Lawnmowers direct was happy to respond to my email on a bank holiday weekend and the problem was rectified very swiftlyA Company that I cannot hesitate to recommend
