Cold in restaurant which affected quality of food, server not very experienced as a disabled man he offered no help getting a order number for me, told me to get the number myself.Will not be back to Mc Donalds in the future.As an ex Hospitality Manager 0/10 for experience.

The food is great. There are no issues with that.But the place is laid out awfully. When it's busy it is really unpleasant in there.The floors are always wet, leading to people slipping a lot in there. Staff behind the counters could straighten up their attitude as they can come across as quite arrogant at times.

Went through the drive thru, sat for half an hour in the queue which was fine as fridays are busy i get it. Waiting at the final window a man approached from his car and tapped on the window saying his order was wrong and asking for his items. Lady sorted him then gave me mines. When i got home i opened the bag to see my order was completely wrong, everything on the receipt was correct but nothing in the bag correlated. Had a sh!te day and if i was a smidge more dramatic might've considered kms. Had to go back and queue again for 10 mins, manager at the first window said he'd handle it. Fair enough he did, cheers bud. Waiting at the final window the girl handed me 4 drinks, none of which were mines cos she hadn't yet received the memo that my order was wrong and i was waiting for the manager to sort it. I couldve easily lied and took those and messed up the person behind me's order. Better system could be put in place surely. That's all - sincerely, a hungry and p!ssed off gremlin, never going to dundonald mcdonalds again. Connswater always forget the dips but they never do me dirty like this

Ordered on the McDonald’s app. Items were missing and wrong. Never got straws to drink my smoothie. And you can not phone them to complain. Complete shambles

Visited McDonald's in dundonald with our grandchildren this afternoon. The dining hall was spotless the staff were friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the meal. The food was served to us piping hot & ready in 5 minutes. Hopefully we will be back soon. Stephen

Great good was good the staff where very nice checking on all around to make sure they were ok. Friendly too!Food in this branch is always nice. But shop is extremely busy and noisy if sitting in but that can't be helped with kids party's etc...

Well, it's McDonald's, but as a result, you know what you're getting. Lovely tasty burgers and fries. I did, however, leave my phone behind. I phoned my number and thankfully the duty manager answered. I went immediately, half expecting my cash and cards that I keep in it to be gone. Arrived back, and the manager wouldn't allow me to take the phone until I unlocked it. Very sensible action indeed. Very very impressed.

My family and I go to this McDonalds on the way to Streamvale Farm. Have been going here for a few years and every time we come the place is spotless and the staff are the friendliest McD's staff around. The staff going round the tables making sure everything is clean and tidy are friendly and always strike up conversation with you. They are very good with young children. Id like to mention Emma as she was lovely to speak to on 03DEC2023 :) The staff behind the counters serving the food always look genuinely happy to be there and they are polite and courteous. How this McDonald's is being run is something other fast food establishments should look to.

First time in here for 3 years. Big changes,Very clean: Nice and Bright: Comfortable Seating.. ONE BIG LET DOWN: THEY DONT HAVE BROWN SUGAR FOR THE COFFEE.You don't put white sugar in coffee.

Amazing just as expected. I must add for those complaining about petty issues to expect what you are paying for. These cooks work all night to feed us for next to no money. £1 for a burger at 3am is a pretty good deal. Sure things can go wrong but it's as if some customers expect a red carpet.I cannot fault this restaurant, absolutely 10/10
