Had a lovely say at this hotel the room was clean nice comfortable bedLovely friendly staff as we was b@b the breakfast was excellent fresh and tasty we didn’t eat at night as we went out but what we witnessed going to others looked fabulousThe cost was very reasonable cheaper than the big players in this market

Went on a business team meeting. Facilities left a lot to be desired. Bathrooms would not lock, no hand dryers working or paper towels available. Food served in a room that can only be described as a canteen. Food was fine but not enough for the group

The hotel was easy to find and there was plenty of parking space. The room had obviously been recently refurbished with a big bathroom. The bar was light and airy and I had fish and chips one night, very nice. The staff were very friendly and polite. Would stay again.

One night stay with my partners whilst on a short trip. Hotel room was clean, but the bathroom plumbing clearly needs upgrading. Bed was reasonably small for three people, and there were only three plug sockets! Nonetheless, the hotel is rather pretty as are the grounds. Unfortunately, we had to checkout before breakfast but the dining area looked lovely.

My father and I stayed here prior to our golf game and we couldn't have picked a better place. Our rooms were tidy with tea and biscuits waiting. The bar was awesome and there were many options for our breakfast in the morning. Staff were pleasant and quick to serve us as well. We would highly recommend this place to anyone.

There are no spiders, bed bugs, or roaches what so ever!! The small owner did not laugh at my children or swear at me when I made a small request. The kitchen did not look like a rubbish tip. This is not the roach's hotels. Very good with Spaniards. I know how to describe this well looked after, clean and rockin' place called hotel!!!

Lovely space, stopped on the weekend as we ended up with last minute change of plans and they accommodated us perfectly.Lovely staff and hearty breakfast, room was large too. Connecting town of Woodhall Spa on its doorstop which had a range of restraints and eateries.Ample parking and large reception space.

Great location, very clean, bed was comfortable and everything worked.Didn't get opportunity to eat as was a whistle stop visit.Some nice walks close by.I would return when I have more time.
