My wife and I have never been treated so well by a professional team. The whole experiance was fantastic and we felt so at ease throughout. From the two receptionist to the Optician himself we were treated as friends and the service was exceptional. Goodbye to the 'big boys' now that we have found this wonderful service.

Always my preferred choice over any other Opticians for their state of the art technology and knowledgeable & friendly staff. I can't imagine anyone having a bad word to say about them. They make you feel at ease and keep you informed along the way. Highly recommended.

***SPX saved my life read my story below ⬇️ ****In summary they are Specialised in assessments of all kinds with eye, family friendly, special needs friendly, weekends slots, friendly customer services.I highly recommend this Optician Practice. I was looking for a practice that had appointment dates on weekends because if work. When I called up the customer service was warm and welcoming. They booked me and my son right away.When I attended my appointment it was thorough eye assessment. The optician was great with my son who has ASD and ADHD, creative and patient with his needs.And to top it off the Optician spotted an emergency sign with my eye and he referred me right away to Hospital.

Absolutely a wonderful place especially for children. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. Although I could get 2 for 1 at another establishment, I chose this one as they have made my children very comfortable especially my daughter who is extremely shy.

I was offered an appointment for the next day when I telephoned to say that I was not getting on with my varifocals.I was given an additional eye test to ensure my prescription was correct. The optician & all of the staff are very friendly whilst extremely professional. I found them to be very informative & patient & they were able to talk me through various options to ensure I was completely happy.I would definitely recommend SPX Opticians to my family & friends. Excellent customer service! A+

I have been using SPX for a lot of years the atmosphere is always great. Vim is great, very professional in his work and will explain things if you don't understand.The receptionists are always very welcoming and again very knowledgeable in their work.I give this place 11 out of 10 rating well worth going to personal service for and they don't rip you off.

Been attending appointments here for years now when needed. Spx always have helpful and friendly staff very good professionals who do the tests. Don't rush with answers when asking questions, very informative and even great with the children to help them understand too. The Best..!! Thank You
