Warrendale Dental Care

I have been a patient at this excellent dental practice for 22years, having lived in different parts of the country and Malaysia and this is the BEST. I have needed little treatment because my teeth, gums and mouth are healthy. I had tooth whitening treatment, about 20 years ago - completely satisfied. Chris Brown, Toni, the hygienist and their team are exceptional.

I had a problem with a tooth that required a filling to be replaced. I haven’t had anything like this in a long long time and I wasn’t looking forward to it. I shouldn’t have worried at all - the lady on reception was great and told me it would be fine and it was! Things have moved on a lot in dentistry since I last had a filling. It was really straightforward and I didn’t feel a thing. Rachael and her ‘assistant’ were great and checked all was okay at regular intervals. Whilst I wouldn’t choose to have dental treatment again any time soon, if I do need to then I know I will be in safe hands. Thank you.

I have been going to Warrendale Dental Surgery as a new private patient since April this year after having felt very let down as an NHS patient by another surgery. I have to say it’s the best thing I’ve done and wish I had done it years ago. I have found everyone working there to be be polite, professional and very nice to deal with. The dental care they offer is second to none, they give excellent advice and genuinely seem to care. Can’t speak highly enough of them and would happily recommend to anyone.

I've been with the practice since moving to Ross eighteen years ago, initially as a patient of Chris and now of Stuart. Both are excellent dentist, and their team have a friendly and relaxing approach.The ladies on reception are really nice and take time to put you at ease before your treatment.Its 5 out of 5 stars from me. Warrendale Dental Care are amazing, the receptionist greet you by your first name as you walk through the door, they are friendly, caring and informative, explaining your treatment plan and the cost which is then printed out for you and itemised. I am new to Warrendale and was booked in for my initial consultation within 2 weeks and also then booked in for a hygiene clean the week after. The consultation with Dr Chris was extremely thorough and he explained everything to me in relation to my teeth. He is super friendly and caring and took time to answer any concerns i had. Lorrie the hygienist was also amazing, informative, caring and gentle when i had my hygiene clean. You get treated like a queen at this dental practice and i am so pleased i join, i actually look forward to going back, and no one every likes going to the dentist. They will look after you and give you a 1st class service!

Great dental practice! Especially, if one is feeling a bit anxious going to the dentist (like me). The friendly atmosphere from reception to treatment rooms blows away all worries instantly – bright and welcoming. Caring, professional and efficient staff. Dentist (Rachel) is equally professional and friendly, calms things down with a little chat in the beginning.Very efficient but no pushing at any time, constantly explaining what is about to happen. She is very knowledgeable - perfect flow in the examination, exchange of suggestions and advice. I feel in good hands there.

Excellent! I am not a regular here, visiting UK from overseas; however, I had been a patient up to some 13 years ago. On Wednesday while chomping on some hard peanuts I broke the front tooth veneer off a large bridge (I now know) which had been fitted 7 years ago in Portugal. This left me with lop-sided front teeth one of which was shorter and had a rough edge. The next day I was visting Ross on Wye for the morning and, walking past this Dental Clinic to my hire car, thought I might see what they could do. Unbelievably, my luck was in and the extremely helpful receptionist found a space (short-notice cancellation or coffee break?) in the otherwise crammed diary. In short order the most cheerful Dentist had worked out what had happened, cleaned and returned the veneer to its rightful place.Very lucky tuming for me and excellent service in a lovely light and airy clinic. Thank you all concerned!

As usual, I found the welcome and the overall atmosphere of cheerfulness at the Warrendale Practice to be as comforting as ever. It reminds me of how much has changed over the many years I have experienced regular visits to a dental surgery. The examination was thorough and always reassuring and the subsequent visit to the hygienist as sympathetic as ever.
