Ann at Moores memorials in Newport has been an absolute angel.We have not been the easiest of people especially as our memorial took over two years to get completed, due to difficulties following the passing of my stepfather.Ann was wonderful, she never made us feel pressured in any way. Nothing was too much trouble for Moores, even though our stone was placed in North Somerset. The stone is so beautiful and we are so glad we had the team provide the full service by levelling and turfing the resting place, this made my Mum cry when she saw it, it had been such a long time, but she was eventually able to give this for her husband.My mum specifically asked me to post the review to ensure that Ann knows that we really appreciated the service we received. Received very good service from the manager and other staff.In order to get what I wanted on the gravestone it took time with discussions and alterations and exchange of emails and photos.It is best to be prepared for the whole process to take several months to get it right.Overall I was very pleased with WS. Moore's service and attention to detail. Thank you

My family and I had a first class service from Moores. Ann and her colleagues were amazing, we were told how the process works including timescales and we were treated with the utmost dignity and respect. The memorial was fitted quicker than expected just in time for the deceased birthday. It is rare to get personal service like we received in this digital age.Thankyou.

I was quoted £135 to remove scratches from my late mothers headstone ( the stone is less than 6 months old ) when I questioned this, I was told the inspector didn't realise the stone was so new, he obviously didn't inspect it then did he ?? I was also quoted a ridiculous amount of £265 + £195 plus vat to remove & reinstate the stone,another local long standing firm quoted £250 inclusive of vat for the aboveAVOID !!!
