Katy and the team have been absolutely amazing with helping myself and the family find a home. With me being overseas it had been difficult to find an estate agents who were willing to assist, but the first time I spoke to Katy she wanted to help me right away, and I'm so grateful.Would highly recommend using Jordan & Halstead in Wilmslow if you're looking to rent in the area.

I've had a great experience so far with Jordan & Halstead specifically Sophie who I liased with before my viewing, showed me round the apartment and assisted me through the application period. She was kind, patient, flexible, available and knowledgeable an overall lovely person who is a credit to Jordan & Halstead. When Sophie couldn't assist me she was still helpful and referred me to the right people that could help me. Gemma was one of these people who was also, gratefully, kind, professional and worked very timely. I have had very few issues so far with the property and the issues I have had have been fixed promptly and to a high standard. No problems with this Estate Agents so far and would recommend. I'll try and leave a review when my contract come to an end in the future to reflect on that experience too.

Amazing service from Sue in the Wilmslow branch. Through having to wait for probate after the loss of a loved one, Sue was so helpful and patient. Great communication and updates. This was my first time having to deal with the sale of a house. Sue made it run smoothly.Would definitely recommend Jordan & Halstead Wilmslow.

Superb service from J & H. We dealt with Connor throughout the process and he was really responsive and helpful. They sold the house within 3 days and for the full asking price. Having had little experience of Estate agents for many years I did my research and Jordan & Halstead was one of three I approached for the sale of my late father's house. Cameron was courteous from the start , knowledgeable of the local area and understanding of the wrench of selling our family home of over 50 years. Given the circumstances I wanted to choose a smaller estate agent who offered a more personal touch and i believe he delivered in achieving that.Silly as it may seen i haven't forgotten how he took off his shoes before entering the house and that to me was a sign of someone who would be respectful and courteous in his dealings with me. That proved to be true.Both Cameron and Sue were friendly but professional and showed empathy for the difficult circumstances of the sale which we very much appreciated.Despite to the long probate process which presented a few challenges with the sale and also in turbulent times Cameron consistently kept me updated, chased solicitors etc for us and responded personally and promptly to emails and enquiries. I can highly recommend him and Sue for their professionalism, and friendly not pushy, personal approach and hope they thrive in the Wilmslow area.

Jordan & Halstead lied about damage" to a property when I moved out

Right from the beginning of our buying and selling process, the team at Jordan Halstead have been amazing. From Cameron’s realistic valuation and excellent understanding of the market to great communication and support from everyone in the office at all times. Sue has been amazing! The best and most patient sales negotiator ever. She has been a constant calm support during what is almost always a stressful experience of moving house. Thank you to all of you.
