Car Wash

I love it so much...but what has happened to it?? I remember when I was little, we used to see it working as well as go in it but the last year, it hasn't been working at all. I am really confused as to why this is but there are cars parked next to it. This was my favourite car wash as it had yellow brushes and that is my favourite colour. I wish somebody could tell me what is going on. I need to know!I spoke to someone in the garage and they said it will not be opening again due to electrics being unsafe in it but when a new company take it over, they might add a car wash.
