Kat is a brilliant personal trainer and I’ve loved my sessions with her. She listened to my goals and designed training sessions that I can now do myself. She’s built my confidence to be more independent in the gym using free weights, which has been very empowering. Especially for a woman in a rather male dominated space! She is focused and packs lots in to the sessions and gets you working! Thankyou Kat!

I booked some PT sessions with Kat to help me rehab a knee injury within a gym setting. Kat was brilliant and took me through a range of great exercises which were all delivered in a friendly and down-to-earth manner. She understood that I was looking for a programme to support my running and came up with a tailored set of exercises, movements etc. Before the first session Kat offered a range of possible times & venues which was helpful as was her prompt reply to my initial enquiry. Thanks Kat!

My first experience of working with a PT has been a very positive one. Kat has been a good listener, finding out what I am trying to achieve in our sessions. She has provided a good mix of activities and exercises well-suited to my needs. She has given me plenty of feedback and helped me to progress towards reaching my targets. I feel much more positive and confident about being in the gym now… and it has been fun!Xx

Kat’s enthusiasm for exercise is contagious. My sessions are well thought out and focus on target areas. Since starting personal training with Kat I have begun a new lifestyle journey. She is always happy to share hints and tips too on other relevant matters too (links to books or articles of interest for example). I would never have thought I’d be someone to undertake PT but it really has changed my life. Kat is professional and passionate about what she does. I have no hesitation in writing this review.

When I met Kat, I felt that PT was for 'fit' people...definitely not me..an overweight, unfit, middle-aged woman with dwindling confidence. I had initially asked Kat for a one-off 45 minute session to design a gym program, as I felt too unfit to join an exercise class. After experiencing Kats kindness, empathy and positive attitude I decided to sign up for some PT sessions. After every PT session with Kat, I leave the gym feeling positive, motivated and wanting to return. By focusing on positive goals - I've joined my family on a 2.5km obstacle race, tackled a climbing wall and enjoyed the GO-APE course - I have lost weight, got stronger, fitter and the best thing - re-found my confidence. Kat is non-judgemental and creates a safe space where you can share your vulnerability - and its been an empowering process. A huge thank you to Kat, and I look forward to continuing my journey with your ongoing support.

Kat is super knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. She tailor-made an awesome HIIT program for me, addressing all muscle groups and taking into account my personal circumstances. I was impressed with her attention to detail and the explanations she gave of each exercise, not only demonstrating and observing, but listing the benefits and particular muscles involved in each movement. I highly recommended :)

Kat Is a wonderful personal trainer, I can’t recommend her highly enough. Her sessions are completely person centred, I was not fit when I started, I am not a very coordinated person, historically when I’ve done formal exercise classes, I have felt the odd one out, not this time! I feel that Kat listened, understood and planned something that is bespoke to me. For the first time in my life I am having fun and getting fit. Kat is also meticulous about safely, i trust her 100%. If you are looking for a PT, Kat is definitely a fantastic choice. Go for it! You won’t regret it.

Since starting my PT sessions with Kat I have gained so much more confidence in my exercises, she shares her knowledge with you to make sure you understand why and how your work out plans work for you! I’ve lost weight, gained muscle tone and enjoy exercising so much more. Kats attention to detail is amazing and the personalised plans are great, she makes your fitness goals (whatever they are) feel completely achievable and I’ve loved each session no matter how sweaty!

I started training with Kat after 4 years of not exercising, being scared of the gym and struggling with my weight and self confidence. Kat has been absolutely brilliant, not only have I lost weight but I now love going to the gym. I have a new bespoke fitness program every month and it’s tailored depending on my injuries, mental health and work schedule. Kat is so supportive and understanding and overall brilliant!! I wouldn’t be back in the gym and enjoying exercise without her.

I'd never had personal training before, but Kat was just fantastic. A really great communicator who really knows her stuff, and gives just the right amount of encouragement and drive. She helped me to identify some manageable goals for my exercise, and with her help I didn't just meet them - I smashed them!
