We shared our approved ground floor extension project plans with Project DNA and asked them to take on the project from start to finish.They had worked on many similar sized projects previously as detailed by David Neale (Director) who verified these on their website.The whole Project DNA team, made up of many associated trades, delivered our detailed project exactly as we had envisaged in a professional and friendly manner over a 4 month period.The team also tried their best to minimise any disruption to us as a family as we continued to live in the property while the work was being undertaken.The final completed extension looks fantastic - we are really pleased with the finished article.A big thank you to David and the associated team for their hard work and we would highly recommend them to anyone considering a ground floor extension to their property.

David and the team at Project DNA have been really fantastic throughout the work on our house!Any building project on a listed building more than 300 years old is going to be complicated - from selecting the right materials to getting the right craftsmen on site plus those unexpected discoveries, David has always taken time to listen to what we wanted and talk us through costs, process and timings. The team are always friendly, tidy and happy to talk you through what they're doing.If you've a project that needs doing right I'd recommend Project DNA, we're really glad we got them to do the work on our house!(Work carried out included: complete exterior refurbishment, reconfiguration and partitioning of utility/WC, hall plaster (lime), redecoration using traditional paint finishes, underfloor heating (in limecrete) and restoration of tiled hall floor)

Contracted Project DNA to undertake a ground floor rear extension, knocking together the kitchen and dining room, and with the extension making a spacious and open plan kitchen dining room.David, took the plans produced and guided me through the process offering advice along the way, ensuring I got the most of out the works being undertaken and delivered a space that I enjoy using daily.I have ended up with a very nice kitchen dining room, which has been delivered to very high quality. I would highly recommend using David and his team and will be certainly using him again when its time for the next renovation.
