I've been coming here for must be over 10 years and they have always been great. Ben is friendly and a great dentist. I would highly recommend. I was surprised to see some of the reviews here which is why I felt compelled to let people know I've never had a problem.

Would never recommend this place to anyone. I cracked two molars on the right side of my mouth and Ben Omovie insisted I have them out instead of repaired. Whilst I was in the chair he called someone in between working on me and was looking and poking around the left of my mouth. I tried to indicate that it was the right side that had the teeth he was meant to be looking at. He extracted two perfect molars on my left while I had tears running down my face, shaking and trying to get his attention. He left me with the two cracked teeth which I ended up having out a couple of weeks later. This person stole my teeth and has left me with no lower molars. DO NOT go to this dentist if you are looking to keep your good teeth.

Ben is one of the best dentist I can honestly say I have ever visited. I had a fear of dentists after a very bad experience as a teenager. I would go nowhere else. He has a very gentle manner, and very professional at all times. He has been amazing with both myself and my family. I would highly recommend this dentist to everyone.

Highly recommend, lost a filing and it was sorted asap , Saira had done an amazing job as always, I can be fearful on times and she will always make me feel comfortable and give me time to adjust.

Absolutely vile service, lady at reception refused me being able to speak to a manager, she hung up the call on me while I was in the middle of speaking and she left the line on hold so I couldn't get back through when trying to call. They have allowed someone to make and miss an appointment for myself that I never booked and now they won't see me saying I've missed an appointment when I did not make this appointment!! What kind of professional business is being run here. A manager should be available at all times and the staff should not hang up on people because they're in the wrong and can't handle the situation or answer my questions about a manager

I visited this practice on Tuesday 14 January 2020. I went there because my usual dentist was on holiday. I am a very nervous patient but the reception staff, the dental nurse and the lovely lady dentist, I'm sorry I don't know her name were ALL lovely and reassuring. Thank you all so much. JEAN

Went to the dentist today and was told that I couldn’t see the doctor that I wanted and was told that if I don’t like it to leave. I was treated with disrespect from the receptionist, never in my life would I recommend anyone to go to them if you don’t want a bad service. I wish I could give them zero stars but unfortunately I can’t.

My son has a loose tooth and severed nerve. The dentist (Saira) seemed absolutely clueless as to how to treat this and refused to refer us to the hospital. She did refer us to an orthodontist because this is what you do for teens" (her words). That was a waste of time and the ortho was clueless as to why we had been sent. Saira then gave conflicting advice on my son's treatment plan: He will have the tooth extracted

Had an appointment with Dr Ben OMovie on Tuesday to remove a tooth. He was extremely caring towards my anixety and the whole procedure was pain free! Highly recommend! Thankyou :)
