We had a superb time. The staff were very helpful, especially Pam Oliver at reception. We had two infants with us and the staff were very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. I also had a hot stone massage, from Nora, while staying there which was extremely relaxing. The room was lovely, with welcome treats on arrival. We have already booked to go back.

Chloe gave me the BEST hot stone massage when i was traveling from Sutherland to London thru Inverness recently. She is amazing - highly recommend. Shout out to Ruben and all the other staff members at the spa who helped me to organize my treatments and time at the hotel from abroad. So efficient and kind- y'all are the best! ~Thank you~
