Disgusting service for car insurance claim, slow, couldn't follow simple instructions and contact correct person.Fobbed off with nonsense by several call agentsTook 4 months to get total loss settlement figure. Wanted to cancel courtesy car before payout received.2 hours on hold to get through on phone each time ofter through to wrong depth.
