Amazing facilities, but even greater people! Very courteous, helpful, good advisers. I also got my money back for the unused time (I paid for a month but my circumstances changed and I found accommodation, so was in a position to take my things out of the storage - no problem with the money). I would not hesitate to go back there and I probably will soon.

Excellent customer service, Matt resolved a driver issue on the day of the move so that the move could take place. The agency driver was extremely helpful, assisting with good advice and packing and unloading the van. Truly a quality service at an exceptionally good price. Thank you.

Hired a unit for a house move (back in with mum so needed to store white goods and furniture) and uses the free collection service. Val the driver was lovely and really helpful and the lady in the office was also really nice and friendly. They're much better value than other places I got quotes for and I'm happy to support a local business. Highly recommended.

Best professionals ever! So polite, so friendly, and above all, so helpful. Tracey and Nora went well above their duties staying well beyond the end of the day to accommodate for a late moving company arriving. They even helped putting my stuff in the storage unit to speed up the process. And all with a very good mood and professionalism. I cannot be more thankful.I have to say also, after many years using Henfield storage, I am very happy and satisfied with the service.
