Very helpful on the telephone. Sent information about rise and recline chairs as requested. Followed up with a phone call but no hard sales or pressure.Chair pirchased and delivered to care home for elderly aunt within a week to 10 days.Couldn't fault the service.Thank you.

We took my mother to look at the scooters,which she said she didn't need one. The staff was fantastic with her and very helpful. She had a go on a few. We finished with paying a new one and took it home and now she can get around. She loves it.Thank you so much.

My parents were over from West Yorkshire for the weekend to visit. Unfortunately they had forgotten to bring the key for their mobility scooter. Dreading another 120 mile round trip to either fetch the key or spend the weekend stranded and unable to see the sites they called in to this shop in the hope that they might have a spare key to fit.Miraculously they did, even though they didn't sell that particular make of scooter. In less than 5 minutes the lovely lady who was in the shop managed to find a key that had been sat in the shop for ages handed it to my parents and wouldn't even accept payment.How lovely to find a business who genuinely wants to provide good service and look after its customers.

They are very polite and know what they are talking about nice place to drop in and have a chat
