Firstly, I am baffled by the other reviews on here as they are not relevant to this company and don’t appear to be reliable. I paid over £9000 for my sash windows to be painted and had nothing but problems. While they eventually repaired the work, Simon is awful to deal with. He’s nice when quoting but very unpleasant when things go wrong. He doesn’t do any decorating himself and employs a mix of people in terms of ability. The last two guys were great and tried to deliver a high service despite Simon wanting them to rush it. I have been left with four windows stuck closed, but I will get someone else out rather than ever have to deal with Simon again. I understand from his staff, that he regularly falls out with customers. For the amount this work costs, I would look elsewhere.
