We have been using Central IT for 15 years for all of out Business IT Infrastructure requirements, they have project managed every change we have needed to develop as a company. We have no hesitation in recommending Central IT due to their highly customer focused team who seem to be able to solve any issue with any hardware/network/software so the term “Guru” is truly justified with these guys. To top it off they very low cost as they believe in long-term – nothing is too much trouble for these – thank you to Ian, Neil and the team at Central IT.

Central I.T have been my IT suppliers since they started in 2003, I wouldn't think of using anyone else, they are efficient, extremely knowledgeable and I trust them to look after my IT requirements 100%. I have never had any problems and I can rely on their marvelous support no matter what problems may occur. They have assisted me in moving our offices and relocating to a different area, I have saved a fortune using their VioP telephone system and internet, no more BT for me! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable highly skilled IT company to look after all of your computing requirements.

Having used the services of Central-IT for more than 7 years I can say that working with Ian and Neil (and others who have come and gone) has been productive and fun. They are responsive to our regular need for help on the little things and have helped us out with our major IT projects over the years suggesting how we can improve reliability and performance of our infrastructure. Good knowledge of Windows Server, network infrastructure, WAN management, and hosting our technology-specific server apps. All round thumbs up!

Since selling the company I have continued to use them on a personnel level has a one stop IT solution supplier. I would not ever consider changing from them. It is very unusual these days to find a dedicated team of engineers offering such a high level of service. I have to say Central IT saved my life – I run my own business as a sole trader and my computer failed completely with my years of customer records on – Central IT came out the same day, recovered my files and put something in place to so I don’t lose them ever again. They were so patient and polite which is hard to find nowadays. They now look after my system and have helped me increase my communications and gain more clients with a web-site and hosted exchange emails. They don’t charge a lot and are extremely knowledgeable…Don’t go elsewhere – I cannot see anyone coming close to Central IT for business or personal.

We contacted Central IT after our small business experienced months of problems with our previous computer guy, all I can say is that after just 1 hour these guys had sorted out the problem, we were amazed. They now look after us with remote assistance and also our SEO and everything runs smoothly. I cannot recommend Central IT highly enough.
