Riz is a fantastic physio and has helped me through various running related injuries.He is so positive and knowledgeable you will be in safe hands! Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

The BEST physio I have ever been to. I went to see Riz after suffering from acute back pain along the ridge of my spine. He was friendly, easy to talk to and sorted my ridge right out.

I was recommended to Riz by my son. Riz treated my shoulder after injuring it at a kettle bell class. Riz is very knowledgeable and after a few sessions of massage and acupuncture, my shoulder is now back to normal. I have no hesitation in recommending Riz to anyone.

After a shoulder operation last year, I needed physio with someone I could trust so I followed the reviews and found Riz. With very restricted movement, a lot of pain and a negative attitude, I followed his instructions and I started to see major improvements within weeks, soon followed by full shoulder movement. Needless to say as soon as I started to have lower back problems I had no qualms about calling on his services again. After a scan showed I have spondylolisthesis, Riz has put my mind at rest about what I can do and is helping me to strengthen the areas supporting my lower back with a tailored program. He takes time to listen and can explain things in a way I can understand. He has not only helped me physically but mentally as well, which is sometimes half the battle. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone, in fact my daughter was desperate for some help with painful costochondritis after hospital and doctors couldn't help further. After explaining what the issues were (which in the last 3 years no one else had) and giving her some exercises to do, she is well on the way to feeling normal.

I saw Riz after injuring my shoulder at work. Straight away I was impressed by his knowledge and within minutes the problem was identified. The treatment was amazing and after a few sessions my rotator was workable again. The treatment included acupuncture, massage and a cool treatment with an electric pad. I have, and would recommend Matrix Physio to anyone.

Having suffered with back and neck pain both muscular and linked to arthritis I have finally found a physio that has made a difference. Riz tailored a mix of physio, acupuncture and training to support me through a rehab period to a point where I can train like I used to 8 years ago before my problems got to a point that I was unable to train. Riz is a great motivator and has provided me with the support to get improve my health and fitness and given me the tools to self manage long term.

Riz has done a fantastic job treating my dreadful pain of the sciatic nerve. I wasn't able to take a seat without pain and was seeking for cure from an orthopedist and two other physiotherapists before I met Riz by recommendation of a friend. His activity based relaxation and other techniques including dry needles treated the trigger points effectively. His diagnosis, based on his extensive knowledge and experience was spot on. After 4-5 treatments I'm now back to 100% capacity. Thanks so much Riz!!!
