I had Botox for almost 10 years now so I know how it works on me. If it’s done correctly, I don’t ever need to go back for top ups, however after one treatment and a top up with Spencer, I wasn’t happy with the result (I still had visible wrinkles) therefore I would not be going back again and I wouldn’t recommend this clinic.

My first time doing aesthetic injections. I was very nervous with needles, but Spencer was very kind and polite, explained me the procedure and made me feel comfortable. Always making sure asking me if I was ok, paid so much attention to the details during the procedure and explained very well the aftercare. Great professional, superb customer services and top prices.

Very professional and will go out of their way to give the results you specify. I have been to two very well known other clinics in Bristol and this is by far the best. The fact that this clinic survived the lockdown over well known chains speaks volumes to me and I certainly will be sticking with it myself. Very happy

Gosh, where do I begin there's so much to say. Spencer and Marzena are so many things: kind, caring, considerate, totally obsessed with doing things the right way and keeping it natural and always making sure you're ok whilst you receive top-notch treatments. I was nervous to begin with but after a thorough consultation with plenty of before and aftercare instructions I was ready to put myself in their very capable hands. I love my new lips - I actually have a top lip for the first time in years! The botox is settling in nicely and I can't wait to see how the Prohillo settles and starts to work its magic.What I really like about this place is that they aren't pushy and I didn't feel under any pressure to go ahead with anything. They really do care and wouldn't recommend something that you either don't need or wouldn't work for you.
