Travelled an hour to view their selection of prams and was very excited about looking for our babies first Pram, but I found it to be very limited and an unpleasant experience, as on website it says they have items in the show room and on arrival they were nowhere to be seen, for example the Venicci. The staff had little to no knowledge of the prams and although they weren't hugely busy, they were not forthcoming in helping us. Left feeling very disappointed.Took the 3 min drive over to mothercare and it was ten times better, more choice and knowledgable staff who were happy to help.

Ruth was brilliant and patient. Excellent stock and car park next to entrance makes testing boot easy.Worth a trip from London and will definitely buy from here.

Great products and great service. We needed a few parts for our pram before we left on holiday and they made sure we had everything on time and provided great customer service. We could have gotten the spare bolt in a hardware store but they went through their storage, found one for us and sent it with the clip we needed for our Mutsy. Recommend.

Myself and my daughter who is expecting our first grandchild in Feb 2015 visited the Pram Center and were so pleased with their service and expertise, the assistant was very helpful and gave us plenty of advice with Pram/ Car seats the choice of prams is vast with nearly all the best prams under one roof, you would need to go a long way to find such a good choice. I have been to Johns Lewis and Mothercare and this was a better experience. I will defiantly be buying her pram and car seat from here. I hope you take a look for your self.

The Oxford pram Centre has an excellent choice of prams, travel systems, accessories, car seats and nursery items.knowledgeable staff who spent the time guiding me through the vast choice of prams and trying in the car before deciding. The Layby system is a great idea to spread the cost as were the gift vouchers for family members so I could buy the things I needed/wanted ...All in all a great experience.Would definitely use again and highly recommended to all...

The Oxford Pram Centre is one of the few places near Oxford (although, don't be fooled, this is a good 20-30 min bus ride outside of Oxford) to go pram shopping. After spending quite a bit of time trying to find the store, the store attendant then proceeded to tell my wife what was wrong with the pram we were trying to replace. We had borrowed a temporary pram, knowing we needed to buy a more suitable one. The store attendant appeared more interested in reprimanding my wife then in helping us find the pram that we were looking to buy. As a result, the Oxford Pram Centre not only lost our business but we will never recommend them to anyone else either.

We purchased a Jane Unlimit and Matrix Light travel system from these people almost two years ago but had to return the whole job lot, in almost unused condition and in all the original packaging. The harness in the Matrix would twist and jam with every use, the rear wheels were so badly out of shape that the wobbling would actually wake our daughter if moving faster than a slow walk, and the front wheels would refuse to turn when cornering. The owner of the Oxford Pram Centre refused to acknowledge there was anything wrong at all with the products, was extremely patronising and ultimately became kind of low-level abusive. Upon accepting that we were getting nowhere, we contacted Citizens' Advice who told us that without the co-operation of the merchant we would have to approach the manufacturer. In the meantime we asked that the Oxford Pram Centre return our goods so that we could be ready to send to Jane in Spain. 15 months, dozens of emails and letters later, still no response at all from Jane.We received the system after around 5 months, without the original packaging, protected only by taped together bits of cardboard, no instruction manuals, a melted wheel (left against a radiator perhaps?) and a broken puschair hood. All completely deniable, of course. We wouldn't even get a half-decent price for it on eBay due to the manufacturing faults, coupled with melted and broken parts. That's a perfectly good £550 wasted. Thank you so much, Oxford Pram Centre, for these joyous memories to accompany those of our daughters' first years. I can barely contain my anticipation of the inevitable well-written, condescending and rehearsed riposte. My advice follows: If buying in-store, check the goods carefully. If online, take your hard-earned money elsewhere. You really don't want to buy anything faulty from these people.
