Jonathan has been extremely helpful. I have had my tracks for 13 years without any issues, when a small nylon stopper fractured. SG-S came to my rescue, and saved me hundreds of pounds by providing the right replacements. I also bought some spares, and set up my account. Excellent service! My Silent Gliss suddenly stopped working with no power to any of the components. A call to this company and the advice was to replace the transformer. It was delivered next day and everything works perfectly!

Highly recommended. Very easy to use website, very fast service with made to measure track. Informative measuring instructions prior to ordering. DIY fitting was simple with videos available if you need them. Electric track fitted with 3pin plug so no electrician required. Wonderfully silent in operation, very pleased with result.
