Spa Experience

First of all, Teagan.. the most relaxed, friendly and helpful host who made our experience super stress-free! The thermal spa facilities were great, felt really relaxing and private together with my girlfriend and the access to the pool was the cherry on top! Will definitely be back

Booked mum and I in for a facial and back massage today and we both absolutely loved it! I can only remember the name of one of the therapists, Shanna, and baby brain has caused me to forget the other one! :( sorry! But they both provided a top service. 10/10

1st time visit for spa experience. Two of the party had booked massage as well and both really enjoyed it. The spa area was very calm and relaxing, everywhere was spotless. The staff were lovely both in the spa area and the main welcome area. Would definitely recommend. Very reasonable prices, easy to find and plenty of free parking.

Great place to relax and unwind at unbelievable prices. Only £15 for 2 hours in the thermal spa experience with facilities such as jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, ice room, rain showers to name but a few. Will definitely be making a regular visit.

First time going to this spa and I had the best deep tissue massage ever with Agnieska! Would highly recommend her as a keen gym goer she knew the spots that needed the most work. She is AMAZING!!!!

My mum, sister and I decided to have a girlie day with vouchers we gifted each other at Christmas today and I have to say, the spa was wonderful. Tori who took my sister and I was amazing and so friendly, nice and chatty and kept us both relaxed for our first spa experience (ever). My mums masseuse was also wonderful. Mum really appreciated that she asked if she would prefer a more relaxed massage or a pain relief massage - she chose relaxing and said she hit all the right tension spots. This is the first time my mum has ever left a Spa *not* complaining of pain, which for us is a huge win!! The only reason I didn't give 5 star is because the jacuzzi/pool wasn't available on this occasion (but I here repairs are happening soon) and also their website is extremely difficult to book appointments on - just call up or email the team as they're extremely helpful anyways! My sister and I are already planning our next visit. Thank you to all the staff we encountered.

Overall, it was a good experience. The staff are nice and helpful. For first time visitors, you don’t need to bring any towel, bathrobe, dryer, shampoo, shower gel and conditioner unless you want to use your own. They will give you a bag with cleaned towel and bathrobe, and you can also borrow slippers from the front desk. If you’re not a Better gym all-inclusive member, you might have to pay £16.20 for 2 hours Thermal Spa. The thermal spa includes (cold & warm), sauna, steam room, ice plunges and jacuzzi. There are 4 seats which you have to compete for especially on weekends. Bring some water as you need to hydrate yourself there. Mobile phones are not prohibited in the seating area but ask to use with respect to others. But of course, you can’t bring phones or any electronic devices in the sauna and steam room.The only thing I don’t like is that the seating area. 6 seats (edited) aren’t enough for people coming on weekends and most people are likely to go to sauna on weekends.

When we arrived, it was very busy and not at all relaxing, an hour in it was quieter and more relaxing, the spa itself was clean and we enjoyed the facilities, however the changing rooms were not maintained, and were quite unclean with hair, and wet wipes everywhere, not to mention the flooding and blocked shower drain.

15 pounds for for a 3 hour 1 time visit but a great relaxing experience! The staff were really nice once we got into the spa from the leisure centre! They supply a robe and slippers. Take a bathing suit, and enjoy sauna, steam room, ice room, whirlpool, heated lounging chairs, and showers with many settings. We enjoyed this for an evening in Belfast after a chilly day.
