Lovely experience for both me and my dog Bella. Melissa and team are so patient and gentle (my dog gets quite nervous) and always do such a beautiful job. So happy to have discovered Scruffy 2 Fluffy!

Scruffy 2 Fluffy has been absolutely wonderful with our super anxious hound. He did not want to be groomed in the slightest - such that it was starting to affect his health. Melissa spent a lot of time slowly getting him used to the grooming environment, tools and procedures over a number of visits, never pushing him beyond his comfort zone and showing infinite patience, and now a year on, he has completely transformed in character and approach to grooming. I would even say he enjoys it now (even if he can still be difficult from time to time)!

Mel has done my 3 dogs a few time’s now and they are always happy to be left and come back looking lovely. Especially good with one of mine that is a bit nervous being groomed. Highly recommend.

Just had Cotton and Amber's first groom with Melissa,we were very nervous parents but no need ,she was very professional a lovely lady with her assistant chloe. The premises were the best we have seen and a big bonus the outside space which was lovely as our cockapoos are quite anxious,so they could have a run around The groom on both dogs was just what we asked for and they smelt divine,we are soo lucky to have found scruffy2fluffy and can fully recommend her .

Jake loves going to see Melissa at the groomers and always comes home looking smart and smelling amazing.The premises is secure and the staff always make a fuss of your pet and makes sure they are well looked after. You get a text 30 mins before your dog is ready to be picked up which is super handy.

First time I took my dog for a full groom and I can honestly say he looked amazing Melissa is a excellent dog groomer I ca highly recommend her,she did everything I asked her he came home looking so nice and very relaxed, also finishing touch she gave him a cute little bandana will definitely be going back

I am so glad I found scruffy 2 fluffy.They are so friendly and Lola loves going every 8 weeks. Melissa is so good with the dogs and treats them like her own.I would not take Lola anywhere else

We have been going to Melissa now for a year and she is a fantastic groomer! She has a real passion for animals and always does an amazing job, the complimentary bandana’s are always my favourite and Ash comes home smelling amazing every time.
