Love getting my haircut by Saskia at Ouseburn Boilerhouse. She does an amazing super stylish short cut which is always complimented by my friends and colleagues. She always listens and discusses what you want. Salon has a great ambiance, plus Penny the pug is a cute bonus!

Had an amazing first hair cut at Boilerhouse from Elle, who was really nice and patient. I'd been considering different options and wasn't sure what I wanted, but she gave me lots of advice and let me know what was possible in a way that I understood so I could make the right decision. Really happy with my balayage and wouldn't go anywhere else after such a good experience!

I feel very disappointed after my appointment today.I’m unsure why I paid for a cut and style with a senior stylist when I was handed over to another member of staff when at least 2 thirds of my hair was still wet.Although I have long hair, the appointment took an extra 35 minutes due to the styling not being done to a high standard and needing to be redone.I came out of the salon feeling really unimpressed and won’t be returning.

Booked a last-minute haircut with Elle on Friday, was both impressed that they managed to squeeze me in and probably one of the best haircuts I've had. Elle explained the difference between the options for shaping around the front really well and made sure I was happy with what we went for. Had loads of compliments at the wedding I went to the next day as well!

My appointment was with Elle Sloan on this occasion, and I couldn't have been happier with the results. Elle is attentive in ensuring you receive the hair style you want. She checked in at every stage and asked for preferences. Elle also gave recommendations on products and tips on styling. My hair looked great.

Hope was amazing as always, she always absolutely nails the cut and colour after just seeing a photo of what I’m wanting. I’ve got very curly hair and it’s great to know she always works with the texture and knows I don’t really style it, so she cuts for that and it’s perfect every time! Thank you!
