The food here is excellent but timings of delivering it are a bit out. We went on a monday lunch time. It was quite busy but by no means full. We ordered a coffee and an item each from the all day breakfast menu. The coffee came fairly quickly but we had to wait ages until the food came by which time we had finished our coffees. Im not suggesting this is a ploy to sell another coffee but may well be a result of short staffing in the kitchen.

1st time using this garden centre, bought 100 laurels and a silver birch tree,asked for delivery nothing was too much trouble, the staff made the whole process effortless can’t recommend enough

Tremendous selection of plants and accessories.Food is always great here & lovely friendly staff. We popped in after a walk at Studley Deer Park, for breakfast. Best thing is that my little dog is allowed in, too. Its nicely airconditioned inside & there is outdoor seating, too - and kiddies corner..they've thought of everything!

Poor experience of customer care having slipped on mud along one of the pathways. Reported I had slipped, badly grazed my knee and hand at the counter and might as well have talked to a brick wall! Thankfully a young couple assisted me.Surely the paths should be kept clear of patches of slimy mud.

Went today not many plants, lots of Christmas trees, wanderd, round nothing inspired us!Saw a large sign with all do’s and don’ts for cafe read it decided not to stay for coffee felt unwelcome!
