The staff here are amazing. I was shopping here for a birthday. I was quite distraught having just lost my Dad a few days earlier. The lady on the cash register was so supportive and understanding and blessed me with a little gift as well. It was so lovely and I just wanted to share my experience.Thank you.I have never had a bad shopping experience at this store.

Just went in to collect parcel from John Lewis but very decent service. I wouldn't shop in there though, too expensive.

Annual reminder as to why I don't shop here. Brimming with staff chatting among each other. Totally oblivious when you try to get past them to a product, or worse still, clearly being put out when you interrupt them to ask for help. Absolute rubbish.

Got to be the best food ever.OK it's a bit dearer but worth it!The beef joint was superb and made an excellent Sunday Lunch! I could gonon forever, the pork pies, bouillabaisse soup, out of this world!TEN times better than M & S RUBBISH!

My parents visit this Waitrose every time they come to Cardiff as its the closest to their home in the Brecons! It's the only place they can reliably find such exotic things as sesame seeds and cloves. I also exclusively shop here for the same reason. I just know that if something can be found in Cardiff this shop is pretty likely to stock it.

Waitrose have been there for several years now and it's about time the place was redecorated.The main facade is scruffy to say the least. A good clean and a paint job wouldn't go amiss.Also, the self scan ain't all it's cracked up to be. I'm convinced there's a glitch in the system.Once scanned, you only have to return a couple of items back to the shelves and you have to suffer the inconvenience of a random" rescan. Not good."
