Delivery on email stated Thursday, called the day they were to be delivered as received nothing and was told they would look into and call back. Had to call the following morning as didn’t get a call back (it was close to 5pm and they clearly wanted to go home). Items not even left the warehouse and no reason as to why. Awful experience of them and certainly would not use them again or recommend to anybody.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!Made broken promises about delivery times, also special requests box on the website obviously not looked at. STILL NOT RECIEVED ITEM.

Incredibly poor customer service.Emailed and rang company to confirm delivery for a date, stated clearly that I would not place the order if they could not guarantee delivery before that date. Three emails were ignored (claims that employee left on the day that they were sent)They also claim that they emailed the day before delivery was guaranteed to say that there was a problem, no email received either in inbox or junk.Very, very poor. Now left with an awards dinner without any awards.
