I have spent a lot of money here and recently bought a £12 vape that should have a 3500 use , after about 20 minutes it stopped working , I purchased it late on a Sunday and took it back on Monday morning , the woman on the phone be home the counter was not interested in What I had to say, she rang “boss man” who told me they do not do refunds or exchanges I explained it was faulty and less than 24hrs old , not interested. Avoid this shop i have informed as many people as I can and will continue to spread tell people of my bad experience. Considering I have spend £100s at this shop I am very dissatisfied avoid at allCosts terrible customer service

The shop alarms love to go off through the night without anyone giving a toss to turn them off, me and my partner makes sure to purposely go to the international shop a little bit down because I don't trust a shop that can't even be bothered to fix their burglar alarm.

Overcharges me every time, avoid this charge unless you want an extra £8 added to your bill!!!There is a reputuable store next door called the international store who have never done that to me, you're better off going there.
