Winnie is a springer spaniel and has been going to J9’s K9’s since a puppy, she’s now 2 and I wouldn’t take her anywhere else. Winnie is a nervous dog and Janine is so caring with her.Winnie always comes out looking and smelling beautiful. Very friendly and professional groomers.

Took my dog to Janine for a cut for the first time today and I’m so chuffed with how she’s cut him. He looks gorgeous and she was so good with him that I had no worries leaving him with her. Will definitely be back again. 5 star service.

Took my dog jaxx elvis today for the first time and was very happy with the service and time taken to make him look gorgeous. He's normally abit nervous meeting strangers but was made to feel comfortable for us to leave him. We're already booked back in for him to be pampered again. Would highly recommend.

I took my Cockapoo puppy here yesterday and we're really pleased with her first groom ☺️ Janine explained everything and recommended what was best for our pup. The shop is so clean and smells lovely! Nancy can't wait to come again!

Took our highly energetic labrador for a wash & de-shed. He can be very vocal & honestly a nightmare at times especially around water. Janine was amazing with him, took the time to make him comfortable before we left & make us feel at ease leaving him.He has come back looking amazingWill 100% recommend

Janine grooms our dog, she was our first groomer from Nellie being a small puppy and she was absolutely fantastic with her from the start! We did the puppy package and she slowly introduced all new things over a few visits and put me at ease before leaving her there for the first time! She is fab with Nellie giving cuddles and treats when she goes! Nellie always smells lovely when coming home and Janine even helped out with extra things such as extra trips to trim nails when we were desperate! Fab groomer, wouldn’t go anywhere else!

My little Maltese loves going to Janine, she is cut so well. Is happy from start to finish. Then when I collect her she is a bouncy happy and loved little pooch. I would 100% recommend for your dog to go here. What a lovely friendly and professional place for one to one care, your pouch will love it !

Just want to say a big thank you, what an amazing job you have done on Chcichi, not easy I know because of her anxiety. She looks amazing thank you for being so patient and just taking your time with her. Can't reccomend Janine enough she goes all out to make sure that your dog looks amazing, and does her very best to ensure that your dog is comfortable and at ease. Janine really does give above and beyond service, she even dealt with Chichi's dew claw, my dog is groomed with scissors, because the trimmer makes her nervous, so it is time consuming.
