Shame I can’t give 0Stars or worse.Gearbox went after less than a month couldn’t select reverse. Causing my young family and wife to be stranded twice. Said there wasn’t a problem I have been driving long enough to put a car into reverse! even after a video sent from the RAC mechanic not being able to select reverse.I still have the videos..He even drove me to the garage and told them the problem. They couldn’t care less.Contacted finance company who forced them to sort it.Then the turbo went a month later. Lost £3k on a £5k car in less than 2 months. There was even a Clause hand written on my 3 month warranty which I still have they knew there was a problem with the car. Please avoid at all costs and take your business elsewhere.very dishonest company.

Never ever and I repeat never use this dealership, I bought a car 5 months ago from this place and after a month the timing chain had snapped on my car, it’s now been off the road for 3 months now as Vauxhall don’t have the part and keep pushing the time of arrival back, not only that, I haven’t once been offered a courtesy from this dealership, so I say again never use this place or get a Vauxhall I certainly won’t be ever again

I brought a Hyundai i35 on finance from this company part exchanged and am having issues with the car already , £9000 of finance the after Sales Manager doesn't sound very keen on looking into this or helping me in anyway they arent registered to be investigated either by ombudsman but have the nerve to keep directing you to them . The only way to seek compensation is through small claims court which is what I have resorted to. I am now tied into a financial arrangement for 4 years on a car that is no good as the issues are coming up as historical faults . below a list of repairs on the car3 months 2 weeks after purchasing car -ALL 4 Fuel injectors faulty nearly £3000 in costs to repair as dealership only parts6 months after purchasing - 1 Suspension needed changing plus 3 tyresalmost 12 months after purchsing - Immobilizer switch gone and Ignition Switch faultytotalling extra £1200 in costs..Avoid this dealership they lie about services car was not serviced nor a health check carried out they use a dodgy garage right next door to dealership pass health checks and put stamps in service booking signing years of services with same pen

How anyone can leave rubbish reviews for them is beyond me, I've had 2 cars from these guys and their service is second to none. Great to talk to, very happy and friendly and any problems get sorted quickly. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Terrible service would not recommend had a car from there after 2 weeks it had to go back with a misfire on the engine had it back and still the same problem it’s been back to the garage 5 times in just under 4 months with the same problem each time I’m told the problem is fixed I have now been told I need to find another garage to do the repairs as the 3 months warranty has just expired. Avoid this place

Fantastic experience in getting my first financed car. Had everything in place ready for me so that all that was needed on collection was a few signatures. Swift and smooth and they were extremely helpful and friendly during the whole process. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family in the future. Thanks again for all your help.
