Good place to shop. The vegetable and fruit section are good. Butcher is also great. Lot of parking available. A good variety of flowers is also available. The bakery is wellstocked and there are plenty to choose from .cooked chicken also available. You can find good fish.Tills can get busy at times. The cafeteria is good and serves decent food anddrinks.morrisons petrol station has one of the cheapest fuel rates available compared to nearby locations.

Unwelcome, unprofessional and untrained store staff. Lady from customer service desk whom apparently work at the store for years seems to have no idea what she is talking about and rather then solve the problem she just wants to be left alone.Management team (lady with short hair) is very unhelpful and far from being right. Even though I'm closer to Morriston, I will just keep going to Tesco instead as they are simply much nicer.Only café team look like they are working hard and know what they doing.

This is literally consistently the most disgusting Morrisons I’ve ever been in. Floors constantly covered in water from leaking fridges. Unhygienic staff, touch cooked food with their bare hands, eg when slicing cooked meat on deli counter and one time I went to the hot food counter and ordered a sausage roll the lad picked it out with his hand and put it in the bag. That obviously got dumped. Always ignore you as well when you’re clearly waiting to be served. If it wasn’t across the road from me I would never go here. Prices seem to go up constantly too.

Shopping with my daughter we had lunch, I had an all day breakfast it was great, generous portions, just the job. Such a bargain, under a tenner with a cappuccino too. Pleasant, polite staff.

I only go in here for the items that Aldi, across the road, does not sell. This means I always use the basket self-checkouts and there are always at least 3 or 4 of these not working - today it was 5! I don't understand why they can't sort it. Makes for long queues when the shop is busy. Staff are very friendly.

I came here with a view to buying an Air fryer. I saw a lady with a Morrison’s uniform and I asked her where could I find the product. She took me the product picked it up got a price for me. Nothing was any trouble. In the meantime I went around a couple of the aisles and bought some bits and pieces, and then I noticed your Cafe was open, so I enquired if I could have a hot drink and the girls there said yes, what would you like breakfast on all day or you could have some crumpets they’re free. I ordered a cup of tea, crumpets and a muffin. The staff in the Cafe were truly unbelievable, and so welcoming. I will definitely soon be returning to the same Morrisons, even though it’s not local to me it is well worth it. You’re lucky to have such a wonderful staff working for you. Full marks plus. Thank you

Usual Morrison's shopping experience, good range of groceries, fresh & frozen foods. Also clothes, household & children's section. Plenty of space and choice, cafe in entrance area. Large car park but does get busy, especially at the small access roundabout. Filling station also with good priced fuel.

This store has to be one of the worst stores in the UK and since the 'refit' is worse!! Went tonight after work to get a salad bar closed at 7pm! All full but covered over with paper and pots on top! Make your own pizza closed! When asked was told yes its all cleaned and closed ready for tomorrow!!! The food selection has also gone down too. I avoid this store where possible and tonight just confirmed why!

When ever I've been here in the past. The hot drinks machines are never working. Whats more you have to wait ages for your food. One of my house mates came in today with our support worker the tables were absolutely filthy
