Emma was beyond incredible when helping us plan our wedding at Balcombe Place in July 2021. Without her support, it’s hard to imagine the most important day of our lives would have been such a massive success.Firstly, pre-pandemic, Emma guided us through the planning process, offering plenty of suggestions to help bring our ideas to fruition. Nothing was too much trouble and she found a way to make things happen. Then came the pandemic: Emma was so helpful with what was an immensely stressful time. It was really difficult to make the decision to postpone our wedding, but she was so flexible and genuinely cared about us, making the situation more palatable and keeping us excited about our wedding.She always remained positive, and helped us plan for multiple situations and varying restriction levels at short notice. There were further changes to restrictions only a couple of weeks before our wedding, and Emma managed to adjust everything in just a few days!On the day, Emma made sure everything ran smoothly and efficiently, coordinating everything herself. All of our guests commented on how laid back but organised the day was, and that is all thanks to Emma’s fantastic behind-the-scenes work. Throughout the whole planning process, Emma was always accessible, prompt to reply and no question was too small. She truly made the whole wedding planning process a dream, and we couldn’t recommend her highly enough! Thank you so much – you couldn’t have been more perfect.

We got married in July 2022 on a farm in Hampshire, over a three day weekend.We only engaged Emma's services in March when we realised that we may need the help of a professional to finesse our ideas and help us deliver on them. Emma was fantastic from the off.She immediately understood our ideas, made them workable and in many instances better. She discovered an issue with the caterer we thought we had booked and resolved that situation promptly, sourcing a brilliant caterer local to the venue. This really did help make the wedding weekend.She sourced great local suppliers of flowers, deck chairs, games, blankets, cushions! Nothing was too much trouble. She was always available and an absolute pleasure to deal with.Emma was unable to be on site for the wedding (clear from the beginning) but with all the organisation ahead of the weekend it still ran brilliantly to plan. The weekend was absolutely perfect and in no small part to Emma's help and advice.Her idea of bloody marys for the Sunday brunch were a highlight among many on the weekend! I shall leave it there.

Emma is the most AMAZING Planner there is - she supported us through many changes, negotiated with our vendors, and arranged our entire New Years Eve Wedding. We remained in budget :) and also had the most fantastic time. I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you so much, you are incredibly talented and dedicated to the job!!

Emma was my rock during wedding planning and was always there to answer all of our questions. Our wedding day (Balcombe Place, June 2022) ran so smoothly and was perfect and it was all down to her. We got married over the summer at a village hall in East Sussex. We started the organising ourselves, but realised quite quickly that professional help might be needed to assist with finishing off the planning and pulling everything together on the day – especially as we have a toddler who takes up a lot of time! Emma was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She gave us a highly professional, bespoke service and understood exactly what we were trying to achieve. Emma was always on hand to provide creative ideas and added suggestions, and to recommend various suppliers we needed. In fact, we always looked forward to our meetings with Emma for her calming influence, help and reassurance! We didn’t have a single concern or stress on the day because Emma had everything completely under control. If you’re planning a DIY wedding, we cannot recommend Emma highly enough for help you don’t even realise you need!

Emma is an incredible wedding planner. She was an enormous help when it came to organising our wedding. She showed us no stress whilst rearranging amongst a pandemic, and the whole wedding went without one hiccup. Emma was the most amazing Wedding Planner that any one could ask for. She made the run up to event, as well as the day of the event run smoothly. Emma was our wedding planner for our wedding in early September 2022.We started the venue hunt back in the new year of 2021 and found Balcombe place. Having had a conversation with other coordinators at other venues, it was different with Emma - she was warm, enthusiastic and informative. We immediately hired her as our wedding planner. Which was honestly the best decision.She was so organised - letting us know which decisions we needed to make (such as the big hires), the timeline for selecting, doing the research when we weren’t sure of who to choose and providing her own little black book of contacts.Emma was always accessible - setting up regular check-ins to answer any queries we had and update on any vendor information.Most importantly she absorbed our thoughts and concepts for how we envisioned the day and absolutely delivered : the aesthetic honestly took our breath away and everything was delivered so smoothly. We loved having her as the interface for vendor queries and the wedding planning experience was enjoyable, not the stress-fest that so many of our friends have mentioned.On the day Emma was always subtly in the background, co-ordinating, talking to the bridesmaids and groomsmen and vendors to ensure everything went smoothly - there were no hiccups at all!So thank you Emma - for making the entire wedding experience incredible, for organising our dream day and for being the best cheerleader when we were anxious, reminding us to have fun and to never say sorry.

I really don't know where to begin with singing Emma's praises... from our first meeting with Emma to the day of the wedding, I can honestly say, she was an absolute star!When we first met Emma, I remember coming away from our meeting and thinking how excited I was to have found such a gem of a planner.Emma really did make the whole wedding planning process a seamless dream, which I was initially particularly anxious about, having no idea where to start!We had our wedding at my parents home, which is not a wedding venue, so you can imagine how we were feeling - 'how do we get the ball rolling? Where do we start? What timeline should we expect?' etc. - we had endless questions and worries! Having Emma contact all suppliers, guiding us with everything and I literally mean everything, made the daunting task of planning a wedding at home an absolute breeze.Emma was always available whenever we had the most random questions and never made me feel foolish for asking them. The support was incredible and made me feel so relaxed always.It really felt like we were working alongside a close friend that we had known forever, and because of Emma, we thoroughly enjoyed every moment in the leadup to our AMAZING wedding day.I could go on and on with every little detail, there are SO many wonderful things I could say regarding Emma and her work.I shall leave it at this; Emma is an exceptional person and wedding planner, we could not have done what we did without her and If you are considering booking her... for goodness sake, DO IT!!!!!
