Bit of an odd experience.The shop is amazing. Loads of display units and demonstrations that are very impressive! However, there aren't many items actually on display. You use the website in store to note the item numbers and then order via the tills, like you would at Argos.This is where it gets strange though: they can't link in-store purchases to your online account and they don't have contactless payments available. It's a technology shop! Surely this should be a necessity?The staff are great though.

Highly recommended for beginners and experts alike. In addition to Great prices products and support nobody told the vending machine that there is a cost of living crisis. Tea coffee chocolate etc 30p. This place also lays close to a huge shopping centre too. Yemi and Maxwell were the two people on tech support today and their advice and expertise was legendary.

This store is fantastic, such a shame they don't have one closer to Manchester City centre, since we live closer to there. It doesn't stop us traveling up to Bolton though, the shop it's self is clean and tidy, they have everything you need for your pc needs. The prices are reasonable, the check out staff are lovely and answer any questions thoroughly and to the best of their knowledge. I'm a returning customer and recommended it to family and friends too.Shame they don't have a loyalty scheme though, that would be a good thing to implement.

Great company to do business with and a returns policy which is exceptionally tolerant. Very polite in their efficiency and in general thoroughly recommended. I used them primarily online.

I have used scan for years ever since my bad experience with ebuyer for my stuff. They sell quality and have some brilliant deals on they also offer a postal cover and you usually get it the next day. The customer service is very helpful when I have needed them and have the knowledge to help you get what you need if your not sure. I honestly recommend them.

Interesting store. Very helpful staff. Would have given five stars, but their published stock levels are not accurate. I had to buy the outstanding stock from another company by mail order. Scan are a good company, with great prices.

Really great company, very helpful, you may find a product for slightly cheaper BUT make sure it's the same specs! I got a higher model for slightly more from scan, which was well worth the price. Aorus 15X was a great buy! So far been very happy with the laptop, would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a new computer/laptop

I always love a visit to scan, It's a tech nerds paradise! It's one thing shopping online, but actually going in and having that personal experience really levels it up a notch, especially when you need a little inspiration or a second opinion, they know their stuff.The customer service at scan is always outstanding. The lad who served me at the counter helped me pick the water cooling parts for my new PC. I was trying to work out what parts I needed, to fit parts I had already had at home. He was able to help me and it made the experience so much better for me when it came to re-designing my custom loop into a new case. Highly recommend that you to go into the store and check it out.

One of the best computer stores going, inside the store is full on nerd wonderland.Very helpful staff, the website is really easy to navigate and use.No complaints at all, you can't go wrong choosing Scan for your next build or upgrade.
