Allen Carr's Easyway to Stop Smoking - Brighton
Really hoped this would work but didn't for me. I do have to question their claims to success as they've not been in touch once, in the 5 months since I did the workshop, to find out if I actually stopped smoking as a result. Makes me feel that their stats are pure fabrication!

12 days since the seminar and still haven't smoked. Cravings have almost gone and are easy to deal with. Amazing program, I really didn't think it would work but it did. I'm now a none smoker! Steve. T - Tunbridge Wells

I attended the seminar in December 2016 not really thinking it would stop me smoking (as a social smoker). 13 months later and I've not smoked since. Remarkable.
