Completely unprofessional and bordering on fraud.The introduction was mumbled by two people who said that they were trainees and then continued to mumble about how cheap their equipment was and how they've never really seen any activity before which made us question the point of being there in the first place. Obviously, activity cannot be guaranteed but they could at least have been more enthusiastic.The man we had didn't seem to know what he was doing at all, had no idea about the history of the building and had difficulty reading the badly written, historically inaccurate notes. After an hour of him shouting in a dark room people went to open the packets of the 'free buffet' as the hosts couldn't even be bothered to do that; two multipacks of crisps, a packet of Jaffa cakes and one packet of mini scotch eggs and chicken satay from the pound shop for the 25-30 paying customers who were there. They had forgotten to get the hot water and when it eventually turned up the coffee was undrinkable from the children's flimsy plastic cups.We then spent another three hours sitting in a room whilst our host shouted into the darkness. I think the man's spiel had run it's course after the first half hour so it just became hard work.Had it been professionally run by enthusiastic hosts it would have been £32 well spent for an interesting evening but as it was, our entire group think that SpiritSeekers should be shut down for in accurate advertising and overcharging as the whole evening was shambolic.

What a great group of people and an amazing night at the castle keep.I would highly recommend that anyone thinking of doing this give it a go. I have places booked for a lot more now.Thank you for a great night

Fantastic team been on a few hunts with spirit seekers where phoebe has lead the event , extremely knowledgeable and professional, lots of kit to use and experiment with too 100% recommend

Brilliant Night!!We went to the ghost hunt at Phoenix theatre in Blythe. Fun and exciting night from start to finish. The team were very friendly and the history was interesting.Cant wait to go on the next one.Thank you Spirit Seekers for giving us such a memorable night!Tracy x
