The snow hill site runs smoothly and is well managed , has a smart new reception area and staff are helpful and polite .

First time at this site. It looks well run and process of getting the cars was easier than most BCA sites. Thanks guys, see you again soon I hope.

Always easy to collect cars from this site. The security lads are friendly and always have a smile on their face.

Visited recently. Lovely new facilities installed since my last visit and lovely staff. Would get 5/5 or 10/10 apart from the issue that this site ask you to have a hi-vis that NO other BCA site does. Why is that? Still great though.

The staff at the gate is very rude. He was replying to us aggressively as if we were dodgy. All we asked is where the office is to pick up the car and he attacked us by asking why do u wanna know

If I could leave a 10 star rating I would..Travelled from Sheffield to Crawley BCA to pick up a car, over 200mile (24/04/2023). On the way hit road works and an accident.Pick up time was 4-5pm, I didn’t get there till 5.50pm after speaking to a customer service adviser on the phone who said ‘don’t get there any later than 5.30pm’ as that’s when they close. Met security guy called Andre I believe on the gate who rang and spoke to a manager. He came down and met us at the entrance, Didn’t get his name but was a youngish lad..went out of his way and they both opened gates and bought the vehicle out for me (Honda Jazz, just stating for reference so they know who I am incase they read this) Absolutely brilliant service, went above and beyond when they didn’t need to thanks again to Andre and the manager who understood stuff can happen on route.

BCA London South, is an overflow site for BCA Paddock Wood, holding in excess of 15 hundred cars and vans. Customers can collect Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm and Saturday 9am to 6pm. They stop collections upto 10 minutes before closing, staff are friendly, and always happy to help respectful clients. Being a small site you may have to wait a little while longer, if your Car hasn't been brought to the collection area, for your 2 hour time slot. Due to smallish collection area, cars maybe returned to the stack if you miss your appointment slot.
