Since leaving a good review, 3 years ago. Sadly this company has changed ownership. The service has gone downhill. Machines are breaking down constantly. Engineers are not trained up so sadly coming onsite with no knowledge. Waiting weeks from parts so down on multiple machines at a time. Commercial laundries stay away from this company

Been in contract with commercial laundry equipment for 7 years. Will be going elsewhere now! Never have parts, take ages to come out and fix which in turn effects your whole business. Nothing serviced for 7 years of contract!!

We have been waiting nearly 3 weeks for a basic sensor part to arrive for our Electrolux dryer, they don’t seem to have stock of parts. Two of our busiest weeks of the year without a dryer working. Poor service. Contracts are up soon and I’ll be going somewhere else.
