Recommended by a friend of a friend - I wouldn’t normally use a third party to install kit. But I’m SO glad I did, on this occasion. Had an initial visit by Marcus followed by email suggestions and pics appropriate for my budget. Chose Sonos surround sound systems for two rooms and a giant telly. All Alexa activated. They even price-matched a local retailer for some of the elements. Service top class, knowledgeable, explained the geeky bits in my language. Installation done by a great team over a couple of days; many thanks to Richard, Kevin and Alex - you were all brilliant and jolly nice chaps too!

I had been in contact with Martins HiFi for a few weeks. They had Selekt DSM for sale.I haven't been able to get a demo of anything due to Covid, but as regulations relaxed I was able to visit and audition a bargain.I took my own Majik 109s, since they were in short supply.And a superb demo followed. Quite apart from the Selekt DSM itself, which sounded excellent, Steve walked me through the capability and set-up with what could be achieved with this unit. I toured the mechanical details, and I was very happy with my choice. So I decided to purchase. I live 150 miles away from Martins HiFi. Because of their friendliness and knowledge, I didn't mind a 300mile round trip to see them, get a super bit of Linn kit and then to return home with it. The pinnacle of the visit was watching Steve wrestle with the box and packaging, which needs a university degree qualification to repack it - funny. Super demo, lovely hospitality, good advice and I even picked up some great tips for tunes to expand my vinyl collection. Super dealership. Thoroughly recommended.

My Father purchased a Linn turntable from Martins. The advice and service were both first class from start to finish and they followed up with a courtesy call a few weeks later to check he was happy. Excellent.

We felt we needed to leave a review after the exceptional service we received from the team at Martins Hi-Fi.Having purchased a Denon AV receiver , into a 18 months of ownership we started to experience some problems.From our initial contact with Martins the service was exceptional. Unfortunately the problem wasn’t able to be fixed upon sending the unit back to Denon to repair.The issues were difficult to diagnose and the team at Martins offered a replacement unit which was gratefully accepted.We can’t express our thanks enough for the help we received throughout this problem.Would highly recommend Martins to anyone!

I visited Martins Hi-Fi earlier today, what a showroom, it was like being a kid in a sweet shop!I have a viewing booked to listen to some REL T7's in the listening room. I was met by Ian, who makes a lovely cuppa, nice one Ian!My meeting was with Steve Forrest, i have to say, what this person doesn't know, probably isn't worth knowing! I sat in the listening room for around an hour, listening to music, and discussing various music related topics.I have come away a very happy bunny, and know I need to part with some cash on these beautiful sounding pieces of audio equipment. Nice on Ian & Steve, will look forward to seeing you both in the not too distant!

Marcus, Jack and the team could not have been more helpful and accommodating in helping me to acquire the hi-fi system I have longed for all my life for my new home. Everything from numerous listening sessions to sourcing a first class Sony TV and full installation and set-up make them a perfect one-stop shop. There's a reason I've been a customer for nearly 25 years!

I recently purchased a top of the range Ortofon cartridge from Martin Hi-Fi and can highly recommend the service that I received from Sam.Even though the price of the cartridge had gone up since my initial query, they honoured the lower price and backed it up with great service.Sam kept me updated throughout the purchase and followed through with everything that he said he would do.Not only were Martins Hi-Fi competitive but more importantly they provided the sort of service that anyone would be happy with.I would recommend Martins Hi-Fi to anyone wanting anything to do with audio systems.

A really good experience at Martin's Hi-fi. A very useful demonstration in their listening room, where Sam made a good match of my existing equipment to the demo speakers (B&W 702 S3). I chose to take their installation service and I'm glad I did. They were very heavy speakers, but principally the care that they were set-up validated the spacing and positioning to match my room really well. Still running in after about 30 hours and they are getting better and better!
