This is a great riding stables where you not only learn to communicate effectively with your horse and learn to ride ethically, you also learn about the practical side of caring for them. I wish I'd had this as a kid but none of the other stables do this and its soooooo important if you want to ride, and essential if you want to have your own horse or pony. I'm so glad I've found Liz and her team and to teach my daughter too, so when we have our own we won't be making the same mistakes I made as a kid.

Liz, the owner of this training and equestrian educational facility is someone who tells you exactly how it is. A quality that is very commendable & I imagine vital for the vocation she has.Not only a great instructer, but someone who has a good moral compass when it comes to the horses well-being. I can honestly say she doesn't treat this company as a way to pay the bills, far from it - she openly admits that it's the horses well-being that is also a primary concern for her. Regardless of the horses provinance, which is still extremely important, it's her desire to ensure that the horses (when appropriate) are retired into a life of casual grazing.Liz also has a good heart. She reads people well and as such is able to take on students at all levels of experience & I have no doubt this skill is extremely beneficial in ensuring the student does not get bored, or from the other angle the student comes away from each lesson having learnt something new and a sense of self pride that accompanies them home afterwards

Amazing riding school Liz is a very special lady and all her students and instructors are clearly very qualified professional and the horses are visibly happy! After an awful experience at another riding school locally finding Liz and witney pony partners was just what myself and my children needed and I cannot recommend this school enough! If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Love this riding school! Gentle with the ponies and the children. My animal-loving but anxious daughter has been made so welcome and is really enjoying the friendly approach here. If you care about wearing matching riding outfits and making horses obey your kicks and shoves, this is not the place for you. If you care about the welfare of children and animals, then you will fit right in! Thank you, Liz and team. She's learning loads and it is an oasis of calm and fun in her week.

My daughter has emotional and communication challenges due to additional needs. She has had 2 sessions at Pony Partners and the entire experience has been brilliant; from initial communication to the approach the team take toward both the animals and children alike - they absolutely know what they are doing and the environment is a calm and happy one. I'm so pleased we found them! And would recommend to anyone with a child with additional needs.

My daughter has been riding at Witney Pony Partners for over 2 years now and absolutely loves every second she spends here!She has just come home from a half term pony experience and hasn’t stopped telling me about her fantastic teachers and all the new things she has learned today!The owner Liz is professional, knowledgeable and helpful! The staff clearly share Liz’s love for horses and have always been encouraging and understanding. All the pony’s have such brilliant characters it’s lovely to get to know them especially cheeky Magic!I am truly thankful to Witney Pony Partners for giving my daughter the opportunity to find her love for horses!

I love this place so much. Having years of experience with horses in my teens I have come back to horses now my children are school age.This is no ordinary kick and whip along riding school, it’s so much more, and so much better.If you truly care about horses, have an interest in horse and human psychology. and are willing to put the work in as Liz says, you are rewarded with a very touching and close bond with a beautiful animal that trusts you completely.Thank you Liz and all the staff, my 5 year old also comes weekly and it’s teaching her so much, socially emotionally and physically.

We sent my daughter to Winey Pony Partners and she has loved every minute being there. The staff are absolutely amazing and friendly. The teach riding with kindness to the students and horses I would strongly recommend this place to any horse lovers out there.

Our son struggled with the other local riding schools but really enjoys the one to one approach here. Lesson are geared towards the individual rider's needs with a strong focus of getting to know and caring for an individual horse.

I have never learnt a kinder way of horsemanship. This place has become a safe space for me. All the staff are so kind. The pony’s are so special and each have individual personalities that I have had the pleasure of getting to know. Thank you Witney pony partners for making riding such an enjoyable experience. I would recommend to anyone, definitely worth every penny!
