Nicha is amazing at what she does.. suffering with Sciatica for a while but no more..tension gone and after the deep tissue a nice relaxing massage. Would highly recommend and cannot wait for my next session

Update:I have since been for many massages and the ladies here are always superb. Not only that, but Nicha is always very accommodating and tries to fit you in, even at short notice. I highly recommend anyone considering a massage here to go for it, you will not be disappointed!My wife booked me a surprise 1 hour massage with Nicha. This has to be one of the best Thai massages I have had (including the ones I've had in Thailand). She was very professional and welcoming and has a lovely studio with a shower (ideal for me, as I went straight from work). I will definitely be returning and will also return the favour, and book my wife a massage.

Ever since I entrusted Nicha with my problematic back, the pain and overall feeling in the spine and the muscles around it have been continually improving. She really knows how to target and relieve my painful areas, often inquiring about which parts require the most attention, which provides a personalized experience. By the end of every session I am left feeling relaxed, uplifted and painless, not to mention the calm and blissful atmosphere in the massage rooms that definitely contribute to that. The overall experience just keeps dragging me back for more. Would absolutely recommend.

So pleased to have found Nicha and the Life is Good Spa, suffering with sciatica I booked in for a leg and foot massage. Nicha is very professional and puts you totally at ease and I can honestly say my sciatic pain has practically vanished. It is the best therapeutic massage I have ever had and I will certainly go back to keep on top of my bodies aches and pains so much more beneficial than medication and long term well being. I would highly recommend for both pain relief and relaxation.

Her massage was just sensational her techniques were wonderful, the place is incredible It was such a wonderful massage me and my Partner throughly enjoyed every minute and we both felt like we was jelly afterwards. Nicha was absolutely amazing and really took the time to ensure I was comfortable before getting to work on the pain in my neck and shoulders. A little tender today but first time in weeks I haven’t woken up with a headache. This will now be a monthly treat to myself!!

I have now visited life is good spa 3 times and I have to say Nacha continues to give an excellent traditional Thai massage. Perhaps the most impressive aspect is that each time she has changed her stretching and the way she uses pressure points according to the clients wishes and needs - in short the more she sees you the more adaptable she is prepared to be

A lovely place, a nice website containing booking info etc, and a very organised set up with text reminders of appointments. All highly impressive. Nicha herself is welcoming, professional and quite simply lovely. Her massage was just sensational. Deep in pressure with smooth long strokes just as I like it, but light of touch where needed. Nicha knows the human body perfectly. All in all, perfect and unrivalled. Completely my new favourite therapist.

Booked for 2. Used google address for directions, ended up some where 25 minutes away. Then eventually got there and when I arrived got no apology and was told to wait an hour for massage. Poor customer service
