Been going here for years, wouldnt go anywhere else....my most recent visit was for my seat ateca, they didnt have the correct size in their shop, but this didnt stop them. They went to the team valley to get one for me. And as i was paying i had my 2 year old daughter with me and they pffered her a packet of crisps....they didnt have to but little gestures like this go along way...HIGHLY RECCOMEND

Absolutely delighted with fitting of new exhaust today on my 10 year old Corsa. Guys were really friendly, did an excellent job as my exhaust was severely rusted and ready to drop off. Wasn't an easy job, as was shown state of old exhaust and additional work that had to be done to fit new exhaust before it was taken off the lift, but price was still extremely reasonable compared to other quotes given. Would definitely recommend this garage. Thanks again guys.

Outstanding customer service. I broke down nearby, and they helped me call a friendly (and quick) recovery truck, let me wait in their warm office, offered me hot drinks and snacks whilst I waited. Then sent me off with a smile when recovery arrived. Will absolutely get my business next time I need them!

Great customer service from Keith. He helped my elderly folks when their car wouldn’t start then got them a new battery delivered from Washington and fitted it the following day. Look out this place if you are in or around the Dunston area. Great value and very friendly staff.
