My phone needed a screen replacement, went to this shop on a Sunday, guy told me he could do it for £140 cash only, and said it needed to be a manufacturer quality screen. I agreed, repair was done same dayFollowing day I noticed it wasn't the right screen or very poor quality aftermarket, as the notifications were blocked out at the top. Also the phone was literally coming apart at the seams.I returned to the shop Tuesday, to be told they accepted it was a poor repair by another member of staff who was working that day and that a new screen would be ordered.I went back Friday and was told the creenwasn't here yet but would be on the weekend.I went back in on Sunday only be told I had dropped the phone and the faulty screen was my fault. They agreed after some hostile conversation to repair the screen but my 3 month warranty was void, which I agreed too.2 hours later I went back to collect my phone only to be told the battery was no good and would need to be replaced? I then decided to not pay this crook another penny so took my phone to another shop and have since found out the battery has been tampered with.The guy I saw in the week seemed genuine, but the guy on weekends is a CROOKMy phone having had a new 2nd screen fell apart within 48hours..

Had a really good experience, excellent service and very helpful kind customer service. 100% recommend this store to fix your phones.

Needed to change my phone battery, chap at Funky Fones was really friendly and helpful and the price was good value. I will revisit for future phone needs.

Can’t recommend them enough. My phone screen was broken and they fixed it within 15 minutes. Not only that but they put right all the mistakes another phone shop had made to my phone. Anyway, now it works much better than it did before. A trustworthy, good value and efficient service. I will be using them again.

My screen was cracked on both sides and I had a broken battery so when I went to apple they told me they couldn’t repair it and wanted me to buy a new phone. Luckily funky fones fixed my phone for a great price and in 30 mins. Highly recommend this shop it’s good work with amazing service.
