A nice man came to survey, we were told a quote would be given in 2 days, a week later I had to call, eventually we got the quote and it was cheaper but we had lost faith so went to another company.

We had a new Palladio composite door supplied and fitted by Jeffrey James Windows. Very impressed with the service all the way through the process from the original quote to installation and follow up customer care. The installers were on time and efficient and very tidy. Would definitely recommend and we will use them again for other upgrades we have planned.

Amazing service from a professional team who can’t do enough to ensure the customer is happy. We were let down by a local company and after speaking with the manufacturer our us in contact with Paul at Jeffery James and even though they were the other side of the country to us, it was refreshing to have such a great company install our new front door who listened to and delivered what we wanted, rather than just another sale. It’s completely transformed the look of our house and everyone who comes to our house comments on how amazing the door is.

Gave me the best price, looks like a really good product, (double glazing), house is quieter and warmer and only had bottom floor done at present. The fitters were superb. As soon as finances allow I'm having upper floor done by Jeffrey James. The whole process was stress free from start to finish, no hard sell, no I will ring the boss to see if we can get the price down for you"
