Meat was tender and cooked well. Classic burger was delicious. Prayer area downstairs- staff were very accommodating. Family friendly, children are welcome. Service slowed towards the end as it became busier. No parking that we could see. We were lucky to find parking a street away.

Overall the food was on point however the service was particularly slow. I appreciate they were quite busy but 35 mins to get starters is a little too much. I think most of the tables around us had the same issue and only till people started to complain did the service improveWe had ordered the sliders and ribs and both were flavourful and a tasty. The only let down were the onion rings. Unfortunately they were dripping with oil which made them quite difficult to eat. There was literally a puddle of oil at the bottom of the bowl.

Food and atmosphere was good as usual. I've given 3 stars because of the service. The waitress had some kind of an attitude problem, like she was forced to do her job.

I took my husband to Kobe for his birthday. It was so busy and had a great atmosphere. Staff were attentive. The food was delicious.We had originally booked our table for 8.30pm but got ready earlier and turned up to the restaurant. They were efficient and got us our table. Food didn't take too long to arrive. Overall a lovely experience and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Steak was nothing special; choice of sides is quite unusual because I didn’t know noodles are offered with steak. They had added an extra item to our receipt which we hadn’t ordered and reluctantly took it off with an attitude. Waiters/waitresses needed to be asked multiple times for extra tissues so I wasn’t impressed with the service.
