Leisure Lakes Bikes Ulverston

Not a good experience. My e bike went in for a service. Off hand attitude, and a number of issues unresolved, despite it being VERY expensive. Got the feeling that they didn't really care.

Went to leisure lakes bikes in Ulverston yesterday after having a fall from the bike, went in with a damaged rear mech, originally went in for another jockey wheel but unfortunately the threads for the screw were completely stripped, they tried multiple things to try get my old mech fixed, but I was very lucky that they had an updated version of a rear mech that fitted to my bike, which the mechanic was kind enough to break off one job to get me back on the road which I had a 40 mile trip to get back home, he also trued my rear wheel as it was rubbing on the brake pads, I didn’t manage to get their names but the whole team did a cracking job in helping me out and getting me back on the road, a massive THANKYOU!!!
