I have emailed and emailed and emailed and emailed but no reply. Branch manager just plain and simply doesn't reply to emails. I followed up with another email to sales, just to chase up an order i placed, still no reply. Extremely frustrating, not sure how they can operate if they don't reply to customers. Still haven't heard back over a week later regarding my order. Not impressed with this service level.

Called to enquire about a sink waste - was asked to email pictures.Sent said pictures & then chased up some time later as had no reply.I was told that my enquiry wasn't of high priority and it would have to wait. I appreciate they're probably dealing with bigger enquiries but it's been well over a week with no response.Unless you know exactly what you want and don't need any assistance from their elusive staff, don't go here.
