Brilliant service from the guys here. Bought my kit from there a month ago, had a few issues with rigging up the Cambridge Audio Streamer. I visited the shop today and Colin talked me through the process of setting up, asked me to call him if I had further issues. I didn’t. All advice was perfect. Wouldn’t by kit from anywhere else, it’s so worth travelling from Cumbria to get such a good service.

Warmest friendliest atmosphere, not at all judgey about the fact i clearly didnt know anything about turntables and sorted us out with briliant equiptment for a fab price and warranty. The nicest blokes! Couldnt rate them higher thank you so much.

No question too basic.No demonstration too much of an ask.No request considered too disruptive.I very rarely write reviews but the service I received from Dale and the team at Richer Sounds Newcastle over the past few months has been nothing short of outstanding and should be noted.Ordering in headphones that weren't listed for sale on their website (they had others from the same brand, ordering in speakers and giving me advise on the best accessories for my items got me where I wanted to be within my budget, never once did I feel pushed into spending more which can happen elsewhere.This is what customer service should be and Richer Sounds will have a customer for life if things stay this good.Thanks guys!

I hardly ever leave reviews but over the last few years richer sounds Newcastle has been some of the best customer service I have ever received.Really lovely helpful staff, fantastic guarantee service and they just do whatever they can to accommodate you. I cannot recommend them enough.

After a short phone call the previous day about my need for help selecting new speakers I arrived at Richer Newcastle to find their listening room all tooled up for me. The lads there were able to address my technical concerns about the size and shape of my room. They advised me about candidate products suited to my budget (not once trying to upsell me), then let me test them with the same amp I'm currently using. The result - I was able to make a clear choice, identifying a product I liked very much and which was well within my budget. They were delivered to my home mid-morning the next day. A very good experience.
