Shocking! Hope the staff are replaced under new management. I placed an order, something I needed for work and although they are changing the shop I can see the parcel inside! Telling me I can’t have it, all she had to do was pick it up and pass it to me. Job is now delayed for their ignorance! Customer skills are disgusting taking my business else where. Would leave a 0 rating if possible

The post office is under new management and have to say that not only does the place look great and is almost like a mini supermarket, stocking almost everything you need but the guys who run it a extremely polite and friendly but really helpful, have started using it regularly again.Great job guys

Terrible experience, man behind counter was on his phone for majority of the transaction and that made it confusing as not sure he was talking to me or Dina or whatever name was on the phone. Absolutely rude, never again. Made the High Street post office look good and thats saying something. Go to Fernhill Heath or St Johns if you wanna he treated like a customer not a inconvenience.

Really polite gentleman who serves me every week for my business banking and change. Always happy to help even if I turn up just before they close. I drive past other post offices now just to use these guys.

Visited the shop today to get some chocolate only to realise 90% of the chocolates here were melted due to the hot weather, surely such a big store would have some sort of air conditioning to stop this happening,

Have visited a few times and used the post office, what a difference now the previous owners have gone. Fantastic service from the new owners. I am happy to say I now have a local post office I can use.

This Post Office is under new ownership. What a relief! The refurbishment is great. Well stocked shop, extended opening hours & polite, helpful, friendly guys on the Post Office counter & at the till. A total turn around from the previous owners. Highly recommend.

Great post office and local convience store. Open until late. It seems to be under new ownership and the gentleman that was there the last few times I've attended is really friendly and helpful managing both the front desk and the post office service that are available until 9pm most week days so great when needing to drop postal items in.
